Where we deliver
We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We don't ship outside Egypt.
Delivery time
Orders arrive within 2–5 working days of order confirmation. That includes printing and framing, and it applies to customized orders too. Remote governorates can take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may shift around public holidays or courier delays.
Shipping fees
The fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout:
- Cairo & Alexandria (Cairo, Giza, 6th of October, Helwan, Alexandria): 80 EGP
- Delta (Qalyubia, Sharqia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Monufia, Beheira, Kafr El Sheikh, Damietta): 95 EGP
- Canal (Ismailia, Port Said, Suez): 100 EGP
- Upper Egypt (Faiyum, Beni Suef, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor, Aswan): 115 EGP
- Remote & Frontier (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North Sinai, South Sinai): 150 EGP
Free shipping on every order of 2,500 EGP or more, in every zone.
Payment
Pay Cash on Delivery anywhere in Egypt, or pay by card online at checkout.
Order changes and cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you its tracking details where available.
Damaged, wrong or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. If an order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you. For returns, see our Refund Policy.
